Celebrating her 20th year in fashion, Eileen "Sachiko" Tabata is off to a roaring start in 2010 with her Sachiko Fashion Collection.

On January 8, 9 and 10, Friday-Sunday, she will host her Ioyal shoppers at the Torrance Courtyard Marriott hotel at the Western Avenue exit off the 405 Freeway. Her customers will be treated with a series of member discounts in ordering their new Spring outfits and check out a rack of 50% off garments is from the 2009 collection.

Then it is off to San Francisco January 14-18 to the Nikko Hotel to perform a runway fashion show and fundraiser for the Ikebana International for their 50th anniversary luncheon. Over 250 tickets have been sold  for the event, to be followed by 3 days of sales, at the Nikko that day, and then on to Hotel Tomo in Japantown  for a 3-day weekend of sales, a portion of which will be donated by Sachiko to her Ikebana sponsors.

San Diego Sachiko followers will join Sachiko at the Doubltree Mission Valley on January 23-25th. The Sachiko Collection features classic stylings for ladies 40 and above , who wish to build a wardrobe from the renowned fabrics Sachiko has collected from around the world.

'My style is 'less is more', meaning that I combine simple, clean lines with extraordinary fabrics, perhaps adding an appropriate elegant trim, and a finished garment that is quietly beautiful and lasts for many year , never going out of style," declared Sachiko.

The last weekend in the January celebration will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, in San Mateo, for the Sachiko following along the peninsula and surrounding areas , again to share with Sachiko her 20th year in fashion, and her passion for helping women to dress in outfits especially made for them, measuring them for a personal fit, and delivering to them an outfit to fit their lifestyle.

"It is strange," said Sachiko. "I am getting older but my business is getting younger. In my 20th year, I am being discovered. We have bookings to do fashions runway shows, in and out of state, ladies are sponsoring us to come to Texas, to Spokane, to any exciting conferences and fundraisers, and more runway shows, it's like a sudden shower of recognition after many years of building a following. I feel honored and challenged, and very humble about the opportunities offered to me in the new year."
